Terms of the shop: house rules for buyers and publishers

1. The deal in plain words
SMMSEOStore runs a self-serve marketplace of backlinks. You pick placements, we arrange the article and the link on the donor site. Nothing more is on offer.
You must be old enough to contract and authorised to act for the business whose pages you promote. You are responsible for what your target URLs, keywords and instructions say, and for having the right to promote those pages.
Accounts are personal to the business that opened them. Keep sign-in details private. Tell us through the account page if you think someone else has used yours, because we can suspend an account while we look into misuse.
2. Baskets, payment and delivery

3. What we do not promise
We promise placements, not positions. Rankings are not ours to give, and we do not offer them. Search engines decide what a link is worth, and their rules change.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful pages, for content that infringes someone's rights, or for deceiving readers. We may refuse or stop an order that breaks these rules, and where we do, we will tell you through your account.
If an order goes wrong, check its status in ordered links and raise it through the account page with the order reference. We handle each case on its facts; this page does not set an automatic refund schedule.
4. Publishers, liability and changes
Publishers who list their sites set a price and approve every placement. Payouts run weekly. Publishers must own or control the sites they list.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profit or ranking changes. We may update these terms; continued use after the date above means you accept the new version. Contact is through your account page.
