Who sees it, and for how long
Our staff see account and order records when they need them to run an order or answer you. Nobody else sees them. We do not sell account data.
Service providers who host the site or process payments handle the data they need for that task and no more. Records matter. Where the law requires us to keep records, such as invoices, we keep them for the period it sets. Other records stay for as long as the account is open and a reasonable time afterwards, so that a question about an old order can still be answered.
If you pay by topping up your balance, payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us beyond the record of the top-up. Orders you place through the REST API or an AI agent over MCP are recorded in the same way as orders placed by hand.
What you can ask us to do
- Show you the data we hold about your account.
- Correct details that are wrong.
- Delete the account, except for records the law makes us keep.
- Stop optional messages, if you opted in to any.
- Explain how a certain order record was created.
Cookies and changes
We use the cookies the site needs to keep you signed in. That is all. Browsers let you block them, but sign-in then fails.
When this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and say so in the account area. Older versions are not kept on the page. Ask if unsure. If something here is unclear, use your account page and we will answer there.
